Meet our passionate and dedicated board members
Co - founder, President, & Board Chairman
Daniel Gerber
"I was adopted in November of 2010 to the state of Indiana. As one of the co-founders, I have been an active member of EAF since its inception, serving in different roles and wearing multiple hats. It has been a special privilege working in an organization that provides a supportive community where adoptees can not only celebrate their cultural heritage and be a part of a community that understands and accepts them but also, it is a space where they can find assistance to achieve their calling in life."
Co - founder & Board Member
FereHiWOT Biddle
"I've been a part of EAF since its inception, inspired by the vision to create a safe space for Ethiopian adoptees, something I longed for myself. I came to the US in early 2014 and have always believed in the importance of building a community where we can connect, uplift each other, and overcome our challenges. I serve because I want to make an impact, ensuring Ethiopian adoptees no longer have to live in isolation but can find support, resources, and hope in one another. "
