Our monthly meetings are open to all Ethiopian adoptees 18+. The main goal of our meetings is to create a space for our members to be equipped by this community with knowledge, encouragement, and resources to overcome obstacles related to adoption as well as creating a space for members to learn more about their cultural heritage. We often have guest speakers from different professional backgrounds present and lead discussions about different adoption or Ethiopia-related topics. In addition, members get the opportunity to share their personal experiences and get to connect with each other. It is a wonderful time filled with fun, games, stories, and community building.
